Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guests
Short-Term Rentals (Less than 30 days)
- Full Refund: Cancel 7 days or more before check-in.
- Partial Refund: Cancel 3–6 days before check-in — 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancel less than 3 days before or after check-in.
Long-Term Rentals (30 days or more)
- Full Refund: Cancel 14 days or more before check-in.
- First Month Non-Refundable: Cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
- Early Termination: 30 days' notice required, no refund for current billing cycle.
2. Cancellation by Hosts
- If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest will receive a full refund.
- Hosts may face penalties or suspension for cancellations.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Service or transaction fees are non-refundable unless due to system error or host cancellation.
4. No-Shows
Guests who do not show up and fail to cancel will not receive a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be granted in cases of:
- Natural disasters
- Medical emergencies (with proof)
- Government travel restrictions
